Job summary

R.H. White is seeking a Safety Compliance Administrator to provide exceptional customer service while administering the DOT, Drug Testing, SIP, and insurance programs under the Safety Manager.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a commitment to safety in a fast-paced, confidential environment. Duties include data entry into COINS and coordinating testing, records, and incidents.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Administer DOT program, Drug Testing Program, SIP and insurance programs.
• Accurate data entry into COINS and schedule random drug tests.
• Process annual motor vehicle record check documents and incidents reporting.
• Deliver clear safety communications and alerts to the organization.
• Support special projects within the Safety organization; maintain confidentiality.
