Zachry Group is seeking a Safety Professional to lead regulatory compliance, investigations, and safety training across field sites. You will coordinate with safety facilitators, manage incident reporting, and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively, aligning with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage root cause investigations and site audits.
• Oversee new hire orientations and regulatory trainings.
• Assist in developing and implementing safety policy guidelines.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise on compliance strategies.
• Coordinate with Corporate Safety Support to resolve complaints.
• Record keeping decisions and reporting accuracy for incidents.
• Review Safety Policies for usability and field applicability.
• Lead safety training evaluation and action plans.
• Support safety meetings and site safety process enhancements.
• Provide resources for Safety Facilitator(s) and related areas.
• Review accident investigations and ensure corrective actions are taken.
