Zachry Group is seeking a Safety Leader to partner with site management in promoting a safe, productive work environment. The role emphasizes communicating safety expectations, enforcing procedures, and guiding both management and the workforce in critical decision-making.

The candidate must have 3+ years of industrial safety experience, a HS diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work at heights. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of Industrial Safety experience.
• Must be able to meet all physical requirements.
• Must be able to work at heights exceeding 300 feet.
• Proficient in basic computer and documentation skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Observe job site conditions to ensure safe work practices and compliance with safety requirements.
• Take immediate corrective action when unsafe conditions exist; report with recommended measures.
• Observe workforce behaviors to identify unsafe acts and intervene.
• Report unsafe conditions to management both verbally and in writing.
• Assist with safety briefings and Safety Task Assignments (STAs).
• Respond to incidents and accidents, provide emergency aid, and verify corrective actions.
• Administer PPE issuance, inspection, and management.
• Participate in incident and accident investigations.
• Assist with case management for employees injured on the job.
