Job summary

Eck Services, now part of TurnPoint Services, seeks a Safety & Compliance Specialist to develop and implement safety programs across Wichita and surrounding areas. You will partner with HR, field managers, and leadership to drive policy, training, and risk management, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.

Responsibilities include delivering weekly safety trainings, conducting risk assessments, and producing regular reports to leadership.

Qualifications

• OHSA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is required or preferred.
• Driver's License required to operate company vehicles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for training and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and revise safety policies for field and support staff.
• Engage with HR and Training & Development to build safety programs for new employees.
• Collaborate with Field Managers to implement a well-rounded safety program.
• Provide weekly training to departments on safety topics.
• Conduct weekly risk assessments through observations and audits.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety laws and codes.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly safety reports.
