Bendel Tank & Heat Exchanger, a division of TransTech Group, is seeking an HSE Site Coordinator for our Charlotte, NC fabrication facility. You will drive health, safety, and environmental programs, enforce standards, and share best practices at safety meetings.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success. The ideal candidate will maintain regulatory compliance, lead audits, and partner with staff to foster a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HSE General Industry.
• Experience with OSHA CFR 1910 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Goal Zero safety culture and safety initiatives.
• Conduct safety meetings, risk assessments, and site inspections.
• Lead incident investigations and reporting.
• Organize safety training for employees and executives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and permits (Stormwater, VOC).
• Audit policies and drive continuous safety improvements.
