Bendel Tank and Heat Exchanger, LLC, a division of TransTech Group, LLC, is seeking an HSE Site Coordinator for our Charlotte fabrication facility. The role focuses on health, safety, and environmental programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and enforcing safety standards across operations.

The ideal candidate will drive safety training, incident investigations, and continuous improvement while promoting a strong safety culture and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HSE General Industry.
• Experience in OSHA CFR 1910 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Goal Zero safety culture.
• Conduct safety meetings and risk assessments.
• Lead incident investigations and reporting.
• Coordinate safety training for staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across facilities.
• Lead audits and identify improvement opportunities.
