Miller Milling is seeking a Corporate EHS Manager in Eden Prairie, MN. The role leads safety and environmental initiatives across all facilities, driving compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in safety/health field.
• 7–10 years implementing and managing safety programs in manufacturing.
• Experience in food industry or mills is a plus.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• PSM/RMP/CFATS experience a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and environmental initiatives across Miller Milling facilities.
• Oversee audits, training records, and EHS programs.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and regulatory adherence.
• Partner with plant leadership for remediation and process safety.
• Manage workers’ compensation and claim processes.
• Support training and development for leadership and staff.
