Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of health and safety experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.
• Experience conducting incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular facility inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and local, state, and federal safety regulations.
• Investigate workplace incidents, identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures.
• Deliver safety training, onboarding, and toolbox talks for employees and contractors.
• Monitor PPE compliance and ensure proper usage throughout the facility.
• Maintain safety records, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Support emergency preparedness and response planning.
• Drive continuous safety improvement initiatives with operations leadership.
• Track safety metrics and provide recommendations to reduce incidents.
