Le Sueur Incorporated is seeking a Safety Specialist to foster a proactive safety culture and ensure a safe workplace for employees, contractors, and visitors. You will partner with all departments to assess performance, identify risks, and implement improvements across OSHA and related programs.

The role requires leading safety training, audits, incident investigations, and reporting, with a focus on compliance, continuous improvement, and strong collaboration with the Safety Leadership Team

Qualificações

• Associate degree or CSP required.
• Experience delivering safety training (in person and software-based).
• 1+ year in manufacturing safety.

Responsabilidades

• Direct supervision of Safety/Security staff.
• Maintain and improve OSHA-aligned safety programs.
• Ensure OSHA/State compliance.
• Coordinate Emergency Response readiness.
