The role includes conducting audits and driving corrective actions to maintain regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 3+ years of experience; certifications may be required in some areas.

• 3 or more years of related work experience.
• Industry related experience preferred.
• Professional certification may be required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all laws and regulations are followed, making recommendations for compliance with laws and regulations.
• Continuously monitors and evaluates activities related to marketing and execution of processes.
• Revises and implements administrative policies and procedures including safety forms and report formats.
• Develops and implements safety programs and training activities for company employees.
• Develops safety procedures, plans, permits, and reports.
• Performs compliance audits and follows up with corrective actions to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Other duties as required.
