Job summary

Crane Logistics is seeking an experienced Export Compliance professional to establish, implement, and maintain internal controls for US export and trade compliance. The role focuses on training staff, leading audits, and interfacing with regulatory agencies to ensure adherence to domestic and international requirements.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, 6+ years in trade compliance, and a CUSECO certification within a year; strong leadership and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related discipline.
• Direct experience and working knowledge on Export Control.
• Minimum of 6 years work experience relative to Trade Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Track and analyze new and revised trade regulations and assess impact on operations.
• Provide training on Export Compliance and Trade Control.
• Maintain C-TPAT and TSA security baseline plans.
• Plan and lead audits of the Global Trade Compliance Team.
• Document audit findings and report to senior management.
• Liaise with CBP, DOC, DOS, and Census to assist with investigations.
