Job summary

DSV Solutions is seeking a Manager, Safety to lead safety programs and ensure compliance across regional sites. The role focuses on injury prevention, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance in alignment with company policies.

The position requires 5+ years in HSE management within a warehouse setting, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong communication skills in English. Travel up to 35% within the United States is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a medium to large warehouse in a HSE management capacity supervising 5 or more associates.
• Bachelor’s Degree, in related field (Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene) preferred.
• Prior experience in safety observations/inspections, developing and implementing compliance strategies and plans.
• Knowledge and understanding of current Environmental / Sustainability Topics (i.e. Environmental Regulations, Green Energy Technologies, Greenhouse Gases, Waste and Recycling, Energy / Water Conservation, etc.)
• Strong computer skills are required; proficient use of MS Office Applications.

Responsibilities

• Leads and consults on highly technical HSE topics with site management, corporate HSE, and regulatory agencies.
• Conducts pre-operational risk assessments and proposes risk mitigation measures.
• Provides training and coaching to Health & Safety Managers across the region.
• Maintains site safety policies, programs, and systems for the region and conducts inductions.
