Shepherd Electric Supply is seeking a Safety and Compliance Coordinator to ensure inspections, certifications, and DOT files are current across all locations, supporting safe, uninterrupted operations.

This hands-on role partners with branch teams, tracks deadlines on the warehouse floor, and drives safety improvements using SafetyAmp and Samsara to close corrective actions and training gaps.

Formación

• Experience in workplace safety, compliance, operations, or fleet safety.
• Familiarity with OSHA, DOT, fire safety, PPE, and incident reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple programs, deadlines, and documentation.
• Strong communication to educate employees and update leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain safety and compliance programs across locations.
• Oversee Emergency Action Plan programs and postings.
• Track inspections, fire safety, and equipment at every location.
• Manage Samsara fleet safety platform and driver data.
• Lead forklift safety and PPE programs, inspections and training.
• Audit training completion and corrective actions across sites.
