Lineage is seeking a Safety Program Administrator to uphold a safe, compliant work environment across Lineage facilities in Louisiana. You will lead audits, investigations, and policy updates while promoting a strong safety culture.

Responsibilities include coordinating with leadership, handling inspections, and maintaining records, with a focus on incident prevention and regulatory compliance. This role requires hands-on safety experience and the ability to work in varied storage conditions.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• At least 2 years of related safety compliance experience.
• Knowledge of country safety regulations and employer obligations.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in temperature ranges from -20°F to 100°F with PPE.
• Comfortable with varying noise levels in warehouse environments.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare for internal and external safety audits with leadership.
• Partner with Operations to resolve facility and customer safety issues.
• Conduct accident investigations and enforce safety policies.
• Lead meetings to communicate new or revised safety policies.
• Monitor safety supplies and coordinate replacements.
• Maintain accurate safety records and logs.
