Landstar seeks a Safety and Compliance Representative in Jacksonville, FL to guide operators on regulatory requirements and after-hours support. You will monitor HOS compliance, audit logs, and maintain accurate reports using Excel and internal systems, while providing calm, professional assistance during time-sensitive incidents.

The role requires a GED or high school diploma and at least 1 year in administrative customer support; 6 months in safety/compliance in transportation is preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in administrative customer support.
• FMCSA regulations knowledge preferred.
• 6 months Safety/Compliance experience in transportation preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor Operators on ELDs for Hours of Service compliance.
• Educate Operators, Agents, and Contractors on HOS regulations.
• Audit Operators' logs for accuracy and discrepancies.
• Create and maintain compliance reports and data logs in Excel.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls providing quality customer service.
• Support Safety & Compliance teams and post-accident testing procedures.
