Job summary

P&E Constructors, LLC is seeking a Safety Administrator to support the Safety Department and project teams through safety-related administrative functions throughout the project lifecycle. You will maintain safety data, support reporting, and coordinate inspections across multiple sites. Expect 30-50% travel to project locations.

The role partners with the Director of Safety, customers, and stakeholders to support P&E's safety culture while ensuring compliance and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of safety practices and safety-related administrative processes.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency with safety/compliance platforms such as ISN, Avetta and Velocity.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety data and information to the Proposal Department
• Maintain current safety statistics
• Assist with updating work hours from COINS into Velocity
• Review customer requirements for safety-sensitive information
• Assist with setting up vendor accounts for occupational clinics
• Ensure Avetta, ISN, and Velocity accounts are established for projects
• Set up accountability and reporting workflows in Velocity for project incident notifications
• Maintain new-hire information and assign appropriate permissions in Velocity
• Enter observation cards into Microsoft Forms
• Maintain project safety statistics for weekly and monthly reporting
• Build and maintain project inspections and audits in Velocity
• Schedule corporate site audits with the Project Manager and Director of Safety
• Receive and organize project documents for final documentation
• Scan and upload project documentation into Procore and Velocity
• Enter historical incident information from periods prior to Velocity
• Enter work hours and personnel files from COINS into Velocity
• Maintain required OSHA training reports and track progress for 10- and 30-hour training
