Job summary

P&E Constructors, LLC is seeking a Safety Specialist to oversee all aspects of project safety on nationwide assignments. Travel up to 90% is required, with per diem and mobilization support provided as needed.

You will lead safety initiatives, investigations, and reporting while mentoring project teams. The role demands a strong background in industrial construction safety, OSHA knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3–10 years construction safety experience; Advanced knowledge of heavy industrial construction OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and promote all aspects of project safety to ensure compliance with policies and plans.
• Develop and implement safety programs, emergency protocols, and incident investigations.
• Prepare, review, and submit weekly/monthly safety reports; conduct site observations and audits.
• Mentor staff and provide leadership for site safety efforts and compliance matters.
• Coordinate safety equipment inventory and project safety campaigns.
