Hunt Electric is seeking an organized administrative professional to support the Safety Department and Risk Management. The role involves handling confidential information, maintaining safety records, and generating reports for management.

Responsibilities include prequalification monitoring, safety plan drafting, incident tracking, and coordinating site clinics. Strong communication and time management are essential in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of admin safety experience, or an undergrad degree with 1+ year of admin work.
• Proficient MS Word and Excel; ability to learn internal software.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Assist Safety Director with administrative duties.
• Assist Director of Risk Management with admin tasks.
• Monitor and maintain safety prequalification websites.
• Run weekly/monthly reports.
• Manage system for tracking hours, injuries, incidents, and compliance records.
• Prepare initial drafts of site safety plans; set up clinics at new job sites.
