Job summary

ACS Manufacturing, LLC. in Denison, TX is seeking a Safety Coordinator to develop and implement programs that reduce frequency and severity of loss across workers’ compensation, general liability, auto liability, and property.

You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, build a company‑wide safety culture through training and risk assessments, and lead the safety committee to promote best practices and incident prevention.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Hour (General Industry preferred)
• Professional Safety licensure preferred
• Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of related experience

Responsibilities

• Chairs and maintains the Company Safety Committee; provides health and safety consultation to employees, vendors, and visitors.
• Develops programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations and other loss prevention standards.
• Conducts claims investigations and analyzes risk information to identify hazards and trends; recommends preventive actions.
• Performs regular inspections of grounds, buildings, equipment, and operations; identifies non-compliance and proposes corrective measures.
• Delivers ongoing safety and loss prevention training across departments to reduce incidents.
• Performs other duties as assigned
