Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic experience using computers and ability to answer phones with accuracy.

Aufgaben

• Safety Administration: Driver Qualification Coordinator—conduct background checks, verify references, manage driver qualifications for those leasing with Mercer.
• Drug and Alcohol Administrator: backup for drug and alcohol testing, including running tests for randomly selected drivers.
• Front Desk Administrative Assistant: backup at the front desk, answer phones, assist drivers visiting the office.
• Receive and relay calls for departmental assistance, ensuring follow-up for task completion.
• Report driver terminations and update status in the system; maintain driver qualification files.
• Compile and maintain Excel spreadsheets tracking driver compliance issues.
