U.S. Engineering Metalworks is seeking a Safety Associate to drive and improve safety, health, and environmental programs across plants and offices. You will partner with leadership, lead shop-floor inspections, and support incident investigations and corrective actions.

Strong communication and training skills are essential in fostering a proactive safety culture. Required: high school diploma, 2–5 years in construction safety, knowledge of OSHA standards, and proficiency with MS Office.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of related experience in the construction industry preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and safety best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Metalworks leadership to embed safety and health programs into daily operations.
• Lead proactive safety inspections on shop floor.
• Assist with incident investigations, reporting, and recommendations for corrective actions.
• Support the rollout of safety communication.
• Reinforce safety mentorship culture by encouraging peer-to-peer leadership and recognition of positive safety behavior.
