The Safety Associate position at Tower Mobility LLC helps safeguard drivers and communities by assisting with workers’ compensation claims, investigations, and safety administration. The role supports Safety Managers to maintain a safe workplace and comply with applicable regulations.

Responsibilities include policy support, inspections, audits, data tracking, and reporting safety performance while adapting to the fast-paced environment in Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• Experience in safety, compliance, or related fields.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement in learning.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and show initiative, value collaboration, and become highly adaptable.
• Be able to quickly learn new applications, software, and dashboards as adopted and used within the company.
• Must have an active driver’s license and be approved on the company’s insurance.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds without assistance as needed.

TheSafety Associateisresponsibleforassistingthe core of our operations by ensuring the well-being of our drivers, and the communities we serve.
