lululemon is seeking an Asset Protection & Safety Specialist to protect people, product, and operations. You will support daily programs, lead on-duty coverage, coach teams, and perform safety inspections and investigations at a distribution or retail site.

The role requires 3+ years in asset protection or related fields, experience with CCTV and access control, and strong communication skills. Weekend and night shifts are included with some overtime expectations.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Asset Protection, Safety, Security, Loss Prevention, Compliance, Operations, or a related field.
• Knowledge of workplace safety, security operations, investigations, incident response, and risk mitigation practices.
• Experience conducting investigations, audits, inspections, or compliance reviews.
• Experience using CCTV, access control, incident reporting systems, and related security technologies.
• Experience facilitating training, coaching others, and supporting onboarding or development activities.
• PIT Train-the-Trainer certification considered an asset, or willingness to obtain based on business needs.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily execution of Asset Protection and Safety programs and initiatives.
• Serve as the AP&S Leader on Duty as assigned, providing leadership and guidance for safety, security, assets and emergencies.
• Provide coaching and support to Asset Protection & Safety team members.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, workplace observations, and risk assessments.
• Conduct or support investigations involving injuries, near misses, theft, misconduct, and security incidents.
• Support implementation and follow-up of corrective actions and risk reduction activities.
• Develop practical guidance and reference materials to strengthen safe practices.
• Lead safety, security, compliance and emergency response training and onboarding.
• Support emergency preparedness activities, drills and site response efforts.
• Assist with access control, CCTV, incident reporting and physical security operations.
• Track and report safety, security, compliance and asset protection metrics and trends.
• Collaborate with Operations, Facilities, People & Culture and cross-functional teams to mitigate risk.
• Serve as a resource for Asset Protection and Safety questions.
