360 Behavioral Health is seeking an Assistant Clinical Supervisor I to mentor Behavior Technicians, carry a small caseload, and support clinical staff in delivering ABA services. You will collaborate with BCBAs, contribute to treatment planning, deliver parent training, and help shape program growth—leading toward leadership and clinical oversight in Commerce, CA.

• Bachelor’s degree required in ABA, Psychology, Special Education or related field.
• 1+ year of ABA experience including direct client care.
• Strong leadership, growth mindset and clinical excellence.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; supervisory experience a plus, but training provided.
