360 Behavioral Health in Santa Maria, CA is seeking an Assistant Clinical Supervisor III to lead a team, oversee clinical programs, and gain hands-on experience toward BCBA certification.

You will supervise staff, deliver direct services, ensure HIPAA compliance, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams while expanding your leadership and clinical skills in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year providing behavior analysis services.
• Minimum 1 year supervising or training staff.
• Experience in assessment and intervention strategies.
• Strong report writing and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload and meet billable service requirements, including supervision hours and direct services.
• Manage client programs, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians, including training and parent coaching.
• Lead team meetings and support staff professional development.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies.

Your Role in Action

• Carry a caseload and meet billable service requirements, including supervision hours and direct services
• Manage client programs, monitor progress, and make data-driven treatment adjustments
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and consult with case providers
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians, including training, feedback, and parent coaching
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies
• Prepare and submit utilization and treatment reports to supervisors
• Lead team meetings and support staff professional development
• Participate in special projects and contribute to clinical program improvement

Essential Qualifications

• 2+ years clinical experience delivering direct services to individuals with diverse diagnoses and skill levels (desired)
• 1+ year supervisory experience, including staff training and performance evaluations
• Expertise in assessment and intervention strategies
• Report writing and documentation skills
