Safety Management Group in Bridgeport, Alabama is seeking a Safety Advisor – Construction for a two-month data center project. The role oversees site safety with electrical contractors, ensuring compliance and incident reporting, with a 6pm start and up to 10-hour days.

You will conduct job hazard analyses, create safety reports, run metrics, and participate in progress meetings, while benefiting from per diem, premium pay after 40 hours, and a monthly road warrior benefit.

SMG seeks a Safety Advisor – Construction in Bridgeport, Alabama – Day Shift - Per diem is available for this project.

The key function of a Safety Advisor is to put safety at the forefront of their job, prioritize the client’s needs, work well in a team setting, be self-managed, and be flexible when it comes to change and travel. The Associate in this role will work in a construction environment.

This is a data center project. This person will be working with one of the electrical contractors; overseeing the safety of their employees.

Additional Information

• SMG full-time, benefitted Associates are eligible for Premium Pay after working 40 billable hours for the week. Premium pay is at a 1.35 multiplier.
• Per Diem is available for non-local candidates only. Per diem is $1,160/week for this project.
• This projects anticpated duration is around 2 months. Anticipated schedule is Mon-Saturday, up to 10 hours per day. Schedule could change. Hours may vary but expect a start time of 6pm.
• $400 Road Warrior Benefit each month.
• Annual pay/merit review/increase.
