AiradigmSolutions/KitchenEnergySolutions (KES) is seeking a Safety Administrator to lead safety compliance across multiple nationwide projects. The role requires frequent field presence, inspections, and coordination to keep sites safe and compliant.

You are responsible for inspections, training coordination, documentation, and incident support across TAB and DCKV operations, ensuring the highest safety standards are met daily.

• SiteInspections&Audits(TAB&DCKV):Traveltojobsites(upto50%ofthetime),conductsafetyinspectionsonbothHVACandelectrical/controlsprojects,identifyhazards,collectcompliancedata.Documenteverythingwithphotosanddetailedfindings.
• Documentation&Records:Maintainsafetyfiles,trainingrecords,incidentlogs,andcompliancematerialsacrossbothdivisions.Keepeverythingorganizedandaudit-readyforOSHA.
• TrainingCoordination:Helpscheduletraining,trackattendance,maintaincertificationdatabases,sendrenewalreminders.AssistwithtoolboxtalksandonboardingsessionstailoredtobothTABandDCKVwork.
• IncidentSupport:Whensomethinggoeswrong,you'repartoftheresponseteam.Collectdetails,coordinatewithinsurance/workers'comp,trackfollow-ups.
• CompliancePrep:PreparematerialsforOSHAinspections,governmentaudits,andmilitarycontractassessments.You'rethekeeperofoursafetydocumentationacrossbothoperations.
• Communication:Sendsafetyupdatestoteams,coordinatesafetycommitteemeetings,buildmaterialsthatmakesafetyreal(notjustpoliciesonashelf).
• Multi-DivisionAwareness:UnderstandthehazardsandcomplianceneedsuniquetoTABwork(heights,mechanicalsystems,airflowtesting)andDCKV/electricalwork(high-voltagesystems,commercialkitchens,VFDinstallation).Adaptyourapproachaccordingly.
• Showupsharpandontime—consistencymattersontheroad.
• Workeffectivelywithprojectteams,fieldsupervisors,andoursafetyleadershipacrossbothdivisions.
• FollowOSHAguidelinesandholdyourselftothestandardyou'reaskingotherstomeet.

WhatItTakes(Qualifications)

Required:

• Highschooldiplomaand/orcollegedegree.
• 1–3yearsofsafetyexperienceincompliance,administration,andconstruction.
• Strongorganizationalanddocumentationskills.Detailsmatterinthisrole.
• ProficiencywithMSOffice(Word,Excel,Outlook);comfortlearningnewsafetysoftware.
• Excellentcommunication—youneedtotalkwithtechnicians,managers,andexternalpartnerswithoutjargongettingintheway.
• Validdriver'slicenseandabilitytotravelnationwide(upto50%).You'llneedanexcellentdrivingrecord.
• Abletopassabackgroundcheck,drugscreen,andMVR.
• Abilitytoliftupto50lbs;comfortableworkinginindustrial/constructionenvironmentsandcommercialkitchens.

Preferred:

• OSHA30-HourCardorsimilarsafetycertification.
• ExperienceinHVAC,TAB,electrical,controls,orcommercialkitchenenvironments.
• Backgroundincomplianceorregulatorywork.
• Familiaritywithgovernment/militarycontractcompliance.
• ExperiencewithOSHArecordkeepingandinjury/illnesslogs.
• Exposuretobothmechanicalsystems(HVAC)andelectrical/controlsworkisaplus.
