Qualifications

• Experience with ISNetworld, Avetta, or similar prequalification platforms.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and document management systems.
• Working knowledge of OSHA injury rates and construction safety terms.
• Sound judgment in handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage company accounts in ISNetworld, Avetta, and other client prequalification platforms.
• Compile safety performance reporting and maintain dashboards.
• Maintain department trackers for initiatives, audits, and corrective actions.
• Schedule and coordinate safety meetings and distribute notes.
• Maintain safety staff roster and coordinate hiring and onboarding of safety personnel.
• Prepare and proofread correspondence and reports while handling confidential information.
