Job summary

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Safeguards Enforcement Operations – CBRNE Specialist to support our client’s team. The role is remote, US-based, temporary for about six months with a non-exempt, Monday–Friday schedule.

The position involves reviewing and investigating CBRNE-related content, applying enforcement policies, and escalating high-severity cases. A strong background in CBRNE or related fields and excellent written skills are required.

Qualifications

• Background in CBRNE, nonproliferation, biosecurity, chemical security, or a related scientific/defense field.
• Experience in trust and safety, threat intelligence, investigations, or content enforcement.
• Strong judgment when handling sensitive and potentially disturbing material.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Advanced degree in a relevant scientific field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply usage policies to make accurate, consistent enforcement decisions.
• Escalate high-severity cases and document findings clearly.
• Identify emerging misuse patterns and threat trends.

• Partner with cross-functional policy, investigations, and engineering teams.

The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $120.00 – 120.00 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Employment Type: Temporary, approximately 6 months (potential to extend)

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
