Job summary

Eastridge Worforce Solutions is seeking a hands-on Repair Associate to join our growing team in Fremont, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience repairing computers, mobile devices, gaming consoles, electronics, or other hardware who enjoy troubleshooting and solving technical problems. Location: Fremont, CA. Pay: $26-$27/hr. Schedule: Full-Time | Day shift. Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware failures on electronic equipment and computer systems.

• Experience with server hardware or data center equipment.
• Component-level repair, soldering, or rework experience.
• Ability to interpret schematics or technical documentation.
• Familiarity with BIOS updates, firmware, or hardware validation.
