Job summary

The Matthews House in Fort Collins seeks a SafeCare Team Lead to supervise two staff, maintain a small caseload of families, and deliver SafeCare with fidelity. Hybrid schedule allows up to 20% remote work; travels for home visits and partner meetings are part of the role.

You will coordinate referrals, support engagement, and ensure timely, relationship-centered services, with emphasis on data entry, quality assurance, and collaboration with partners.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred in related fields.
• 2+ years in family services or related human services field; supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of SafeCare or similar evidence-based program preferred.
• First Aid/CPR and required certifications must be obtained.
• Strong verbal and written communication with staff, families, and partners.
• Ability to engage families and support retention in services.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and accountability for two SafeCare staff members.
• Receive, review, and track referrals to balance caseloads and outreach.
• Deliver SafeCare with fidelity through home visits and community sessions.
• Maintain trauma-informed and culturally responsive engagement with families.
• Coordinate with partners and document progress and outcomes.
