Job summary

NorthCare in Oklahoma is seeking a Full-time SafeCare Coach to provide coaching to Family Preservation Services employees, ensuring fidelity to the SafeCare model and completing required certifications.

The role requires travel to community settings, client homes, and participation in trainings; candidates must meet education and certification requirements and maintain a flexible 40-hour week including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Position requires a master's degree in social work or related field or a bachelor's with additional experience in human services.
• Community-based services are provided in various settings including client homes and community venues.
• Must maintain certification and have flexibility to work evenings/weekends and travel as needed.
• CPR, First Aid and Therapeutic Options certifications or ability to obtain within 30 days; TB test within 12 months or as required.

Responsibilities

• Provides coaching to Family Preservation Services/NorthCare employees to ensure fidelity to the SafeCare model.
• Maintains National SafeCare Coach Certification and ensures modules are implemented per national/state standards.
• Promotes a warm, trauma-informed culture aligned with NorthCare values.
• Attends required trainings and meetings with NorthCare and OUHSC; submits monthly reports and observation documentation.
