Job summary

Eagle One Solutions, Inc. (EOSi), a Chenega Professional Services company, seeks a SAFe Implementation Specialist to drive the assessment, planning, and rollout of SAFe and Lean-Agile practices across a federal IT portfolio division.

The role demands hands-on change leadership and deep experience in large-scale Agile transformations. The position requires a minimum of 10 years in Agile delivery management, SAFe/enterprise Agile expertise in government, and strong coaching abilities for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in Agile project, program, product, portfolio, or delivery management.
• Minimum of 3 years leading SAFe/enterprise Agile in government.
• Experience assessing complex delivery organizations and building transformation plans.
• Facilitation of large-scale planning and PI Planning events.
• Experience coaching leaders, Product Owners, Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders in Agile/Lean-Agile practices.
• Certifications: Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, SAFe PO/PM required.
• Public Trust clearance ability required.

Responsibilities

• Implement and mature an Agile-at-scale operating model that aligns portfolio priorities, modernization initiatives, investment decisions, and team execution.
• Conduct current-state assessments; identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve value flow.
• Develop phased SAFe implementation roadmaps tailored to maturity and federal environment.
• Lead transitions to transparent, outcome-focused planning and delivery practices; establish sustainable cadence.
• Develop playbooks, templates, and artifacts to support adoption and scalability.
• Coach leadership and delivery teams on Lean-Agile principles and SAFe practices.
• Facilitate alignment sessions to establish shared goals and governance; support Lean-Agile Center of Excellence.
