Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a dependable Dock Worker in Washington to handle inbound and outbound freight with safety and accuracy. This role requires lifting heavy shipments, organizing loads, and complying with OSHA standards while maintaining a clean, efficient dock environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Willingness to perform repetitive physical tasks including bending, lifting, reaching, standing, and crouching.

Responsibilities

• Safely move, load, and unload large and heavy freight (50-75 lbs) in a dock environment.
• Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are processed accurately and on time.
• Organize and direct freight to appropriate routes and line haul trailers.
• Follow OSHA regulations, company policies, and customer-specific requirements.
• Use proper handling techniques to prevent damage to customer freight.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks related to shipping and receiving.
