Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED; able to read, write and understand English.
• 5+ years in warehouse, dock, forklift or pallet jack experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience and DOT safety knowledge preferred.
• Forklift certification or hazmat training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages dock operations for terminal staff.
• Directs and evaluates dockworkers on equipment use and procedures.
• Conducts daily inspections to ensure policy and regulatory compliance.
• Trains and coaches staff on safety, performance, and customer service.
• Reviews reports and recommends improvements for terminal efficiency.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and organized dock environment.
