Job summary

Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional work experience, including 2+ years as Scrum Master for software teams.
- Strong communication, facilitation, coaching and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage key Scrum ceremonies (PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, Demos, Retrospectives).
- Participate in Scrum of Scrums and PO Sync-ups to highlight risks and dependencies.
- Collaborate with Product Owners/Managers and Release Train Engineers to plan user stories.
- Actively remove blockers and guide teams through problem-solving.
- Analyze sprint data and Agile metrics to identify risks and implement corrective actions.
- Coach teams on Agile practices to maximize value and foster self-organization.
