Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking a dedicated Agile Scrum Master to guide high-performing engineering teams in delivering value through Agile and SAFe practices within a fast-paced software development environment.

You will coordinate Scrum ceremonies, remove blockers, and work with Product Owners, PMs, and RTEs to plan user stories, while promoting transparency, continuous improvement, and strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with SAFe and Agile methods.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage Scrum ceremonies including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, Demos, and Retrospectives.
• Participate in Scrum of Scrums and PO Sync-ups to highlight risks and dependencies across teams.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, and Release Train Engineers to plan user stories.
