Job summary

RELI Group is seeking a collaborative Scrum Master to support Agile software delivery within a SAFe framework. You will facilitate ceremonies, serve as a bridge between business and IT, and ensure product backlogs and documentation are well managed.

Qualifications

• SAFe Scrum Master or SAFe Practitioner certification preferred.
• Four years or more experience in SAFe environments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Experience maintaining Jira backlogs and Confluence documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and evaluate user needs to create SAFe solutions.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage SAFe team ceremonies and backlog.
• Liaise between IT and business teams.
• Maintain Jira backlog and Confluence documents.
• Update KPIs with team status and progress.
• Analyze current processes and suggest improvements.
• Create diagrams and roadmaps as needed.
