Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to coach multiple teams within a SAFe environment. You will partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to drive planning, execution, and continuous improvement across program increments.

You will work with release train engineers and architects to ensure timely delivery, maintain metrics, and foster high-performing teams while upholding security and government contracting standards. U.S. Citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and seven years of related experience.
• CSM or SAFe Scrum Master certification with significant coaching experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong Agile background with at least 3 years leading teams using Agile Scrum/SAFe.
• Understanding of software development elements, release management, and CM processes.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass IT-1 background check.

Responsibilities

• Coach and lead an agile team within a SAFe framework.
• Facilitate PI Planning and create PI objectives.
• Support planning and execution of work in a Program Increment including sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
• Refine backlog with Product Owners and BAs.
• Remove impediments to improve team efficiency and coordinate cross-team work.
• Maintain metrics to track team performance and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to manage dependencies.
• Liaise with architects and cybersecurity SMEs to ensure secure delivery.
• Manage releases and dependencies across teams and third parties.
• Support development of product roadmaps and continuous improvement.
