Job summary

Qualifications

• Practical hands-on experience using generative AI tools for automating reports and enhancing program predictability.
• Strong understanding of traditional SDLC and iterative AI/ML development lifecycle.
• Experience in leading Agile Release Trains and facilitating ART ceremonies.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all ART ceremonies, including PI Planning and ART Syncs.
• Lead and mentor scrum teams to achieve PI objectives.
• Optimize value flow across ART and manage risks.
• Partner with leadership to shape technical roadmaps and capacity planning.
