Job summary

Program Leader Position

The Program Leader will lead Booster programs on school campuses, overseeing operations, events, and a campus team to help schools meet fundraising goals and positively impact students.

Core Responsibilities
  • Program Leadership – Manage day‑to‑day program operations, communications and details to ensure a remarkable experience.
  • Event Management – Lead high‑energy experiences, oversee team delegation, plan event details, address safety, and coordinate all logistics.
  • Team Leadership – Direct the campus team, provide clear instruction, give feedback, and celebrate successes.
  • Student Engagement – Use resources and daily interactions to creatively engage, motivate, and create fun experiences for students.
  • Client Care – Build trust with clients through excellent service, effective communication, and intentional care.

Additional Requirements
  • Licensed driver with reliable transportation.
  • Pass Booster’s Background and Motor Vehicle check.
  • Capable of lifting up to 45 lbs and remaining active all day.
  • Full‑day availability (7:00am–4:00pm) on scheduled workdays.

Compensation
