Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to drive growth in the Sacramento area. You will educate surgeons and staff on our F&A portfolio, build strong clinical relationships, and collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager on market strategy to meet financial targets.

The role emphasizes field calls, operating room support, and travel as needed, with compensation described as 100% commission and a draw-based program. Excellent collaboration and ethics are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in medical devices or surgical sales is preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed and relocate to territory.

Responsabilidades

• Grow the Foot & Ankle product portfolio across the assigned geography.
• Present, demonstrate, and ensure proper use of DePuy Synthes products.
• Build clinical relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
• Support territory with field calls, on-call coverage, and case support.
• Achieve business plan objectives and deliver defined quotas.
