Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
• 5+ years of clinical experience preferred.
• Experience in operating room (OR) preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and credibility within local team.
• Proven track record as a Clinical Specialist, preferably in neuromodulation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach clinical representatives; ensure regional alignment of goals and development.
• Manage field rides, meetings, and resources to drive regional objectives.
• Support sales development of the clinical team in procedures, service needs, and product knowledge.
• Attend trainings and participate in certifications.
• Set annual/quarterly objectives and conduct performance reviews with feedback.
