Job summary

Brookshire Brothers in Lufkin, TX is seeking a team member to assist customers by bagging merchandise, carrying items to vehicles, and providing courteous service. You will maintain a neat appearance and work with fellow staff to ensure smooth store operations.

This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, operate with a positive attitude, and be flexible for additional shifts as needed. Training will be provided by the store.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLES

• Display outstanding customer service skills by greeting customers, and providing friendly, courteous service at all times. Display this same courtesy to co-workers as well.
• Be professional in appearance and demeanor.
• Pack merchandise from the checkout counter into bags in an orderly manner, lift bags of large merchandise onto carrying carts, push carts from store to customer's vehicle and unload the merchandise into the customer's vehicle.
• Be willing and able to work additional shifts other than what is posted on weekly schedule.
• Be willing and able to perform other duties as assigned such as general cleaning, custodial duties, and other activities as directed by management.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE -

The store will provide all necessary training. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. All other physical requirements will be discussed during the interview process.
