Job summary

Brookshire Brothers in Lago Vista, TX is seeking a friendly, dependable Deli Associate to join our team. You will greet customers, prepare deli items, and help maintain a clean, inviting display.

This role requires physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds, flexibility to work varying shifts, and a commitment to great service and teamwork as part of our community focused store.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; training provided.
• Ability to handle food safely and maintain cleanliness.
• Friendly, can-do attitude and willingness to help customers.

Responsibilities

• Display outstanding customer service skills by greeting customers, and providing friendly, courteous service at all times.
• Be professional in appearance and demeanor.
• Prepare sandwiches, salads and other deli items.
• Promote all deli items by conversations with the customer and displaying deli products in a clean and orderly manner. Unload trucks with deli supplies.
• Be willing and able to work additional shifts other than what is posted on weekly schedule.
• Be willing and able to perform other duties as assigned such as general cleaning, custodial duties, and other activities as directed by management.
