About The Role
The Air Ticketing Coordinator uses SABRE to arrange air travel logistics, find the lowest rates, and present options for group or individual reservations. The role involves handling travel issues during and after work hours, requiring independence, professionalism, and leadership, with a focus on hospitality and client satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Communicate effectively regarding services and options.
  • Maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
  • Manage client relationships, projects, and deadlines, resolving conflicts as needed.
  • Exercise discretion with sensitive information.
  • Adapt to changing requirements.

List of Duties

  • Handle SABRE reservations, including group ticketing.
  • Coordinate with Account Managers on itineraries and needs.
  • Book and manage air charters.
  • Research routes, regulations, and negotiate costs.
  • Advise clients on air options.
  • Manage debit memos and schedule changes.
  • Maintain on-call availability.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years SABRE experience.
  • 3-5 years client service experience.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Travel/logistics/hospitality experience a plus.

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, on-call.
