Senior Travel Agent (Hybrid 4 days in office)

As a Senior Travel Consultant, you are the face of our company. You’ll communicate and respond to requests from current and new clients, helping them travel smart and achieve more. Do you communicate effortlessly and have customer service at heart? – Read on!

Responsibilities:

1. Search and confirm travel reservations for clients
2. Understand client travel policies and provide consultation accordingly
3. Fulfill requests related to regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.)
4. Provide industry information such as fares, exchange costs, and penalties
5. Review operational processes and relationships to suggest improvements
6. Maintain and expand knowledge of travel industries supported

About You:

1. Extensive Travel Agent experience
2. Knowledge of travel industry policies, procedures, and processes
3. Advanced skills in GDS Sabre
4. Strong communication skills in English
