The Sr. Corporate Travel Specialist role is responsible for providing support and assistance to advisors in booking air, hotel, car, and all supporting services. The position will also be responsible for researching, tracking, and escalating queries to resolution. Approximately 80 - 90% of role is to provide coverage for independent advisors while they are on vacation or otherwise unavailable and the other 10 - 20% is to provide general office support and assistance on special projects. This person must be comfortable collaborating with all team members by servicing corporate and leisure support.
