Qualifications

• college/technical schoolの修了または同等の資格と1年程度の関連経験、またはHS Diploma/GEDと3年程度の関連経験が望ましい
• 4年制学位がない場合も応募を歓迎しており、実務経験・スキル・リーダーシップ原則への適合を重視します
• 卓越した顧客サービススキルが必須で、電話対応が非常に快適で効果的であること
• 多様な業務を同時に処理・優先付けできる整理力が必須

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, controlling, and directing activities of operational resources. Ultimately, this individual will coordinate the execution of service agreements and repair work. This includes procuring the appropriate labor and materials for work completion within financial standards.
