Daxko is seeking an Associate Account Executive to bring our software solutions to boutique fitness businesses. You’ll connect with studio owners, learn their challenges, and demonstrate how our platform can help them grow and operate more efficiently.

This entry-level role offers hands-on SaaS experience, coaching from a collaborative team, and a clear path to more advanced sales roles. You’ll generate new business through outbound outreach, product demos, and relationship building while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ year of inside sales, business development, or another customer-facing role.
• Experience using a CRM system to track leads and sales activity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging virtual software demonstrations highlighting how our solutions help boutique fitness businesses succeed.
• Generate new business through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and marketing campaigns.
• Build relationships with studio owners and decision makers to understand needs and recommend the right solutions.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals, including outbound activity and demo targets.
• Maintain an accurate and organized sales pipeline in Salesforce, including forecasting and opportunity tracking.
• Clearly communicate product value to maximize conversion and cross-sell opportunities.
• Document prospect interactions and sales progress throughout the full sales cycle.
• Apply Daxko's consultative sales approach to guide customers from discovery through close.
• Develop expertise in the boutique fitness market, our products, and the competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth transition from sale to onboarding and customer success.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
